Bio 

Alexis Simpson has been improvising since 2000. From 2008-2009 she served as the Artistic Director of the Philly Improv Theater. In addition to her regular appearances with iO West supergroup EXTRA-STRENGTH in Los Angeles, she performs with the Philadelphia-based long-form troupes Rare Bird Show and Illegall Refill. She has also been a member of ComedySportz Philadelphia since 2005.

Alexis has performed all over North America, including appearances at the Del Close Marathon in New York City, the Dirty South Improv Festival in Chapel Hill, NC, the ComedySportz World Championships, the Chicago Improv Festival and the Toronto Improv Festival.

Why I got involved. 

This is a veritable dream-team of Philadelphia talent; I can't say no to a cast of this magnitude. And I'm also really, really, REALLY interested in seeing how long it takes, and exactly what happens, when exhaustion causes the brilliant minds of this cast to completely disintegrate!
